Employee feedback highlights Joyce University’s people-first culture, earning recognition among Utah’s Best Places to Work.
SALT LAKE CITY, December 12, 2025 — Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences has been named one of Utah Business’ Best Companies to Work For 2025, marking the third consecutive year the university has earned the distinction.
The recognition reflects Joyce University’s commitment to cultivating a supportive, high‑performance culture where faculty and staff can thrive personally and professionally while advancing the institution’s mission of preparing exceptional healthcare professionals.
The Best Companies to Work For designation is based on anonymous employee feedback gathered by Utah Business, evaluating key aspects of workplace experience including flexibility, compensation and benefits, paid time off, leadership and management and overall culture.
“Three years in a row says something powerful about our people. Their candid feedback inspires us to keep building the type of university where careers and purpose grow side by side,” said Josh Knotts, President and CEO of Joyce University. “When our teams feel empowered and supported, our students and communities feel it first.”
