Ann Johnson, Vice President of People and Culture at Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences, was featured in a Utah Business roundtable discussing compensation, benefits, and evolving workforce expectations.

During the discussion, Johnson highlighted Joyce University’s approach to supporting employee engagement in a distributed workforce, including wellness scholarships that help remote employees access resources that support their well-being and professional growth.
