Joyce University Recognized Among Best Online Master’s Programs in Utah for 2025

Online Master’s Colleges honors Joyce University for high-quality, flexible graduate education for working health professionals

SALT LAKE CITY, December 4, 2025 — Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences has been named among the Best Online Master’s Programs in Utah for 2025 by Online Master’s Colleges (OMC). The recognition underscores the university’s commitment to delivering rigorous, accessible graduate education that supports working nurses and health professionals across the country.

“Graduate education is a powerful way to elevate the care nurses provide and advance their careers — without putting their lives on hold,” said Dr. Tami Rogers, Dean of Nursing at Joyce University. “This recognition from Online Master’s Colleges reinforces the value of our flexible, high-quality online master’s programs, giving nurses a supportive path to expand their expertise, grow as leaders, and make an even greater impact in the communities they serve.”

OMC’s rankings draw on a comprehensive review of graduation and retention rates, affordability, program accreditation and the strength of student support services. Joyce University stood out for its academic quality, student outcomes and investment in resources that help online learners succeed from enrollment through graduation.

Joyce offers a fully online Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program designed for working nurses, with tracks in Nursing Education and Nursing Leadership. The program combines flexible, asynchronous coursework with precepted clinical experiences so students can advance into leadership and educator roles in as little as one year, without stepping away from their careers.

“Our online master’s programs are intentionally designed to feel rigorous, relational and relevant to practice,” said Dr. Shelley Johnson, Provost and Chief Academic Officer at Joyce University. “This acknowledgment from OMC reinforces the impact our graduate programs are having on current and future nurse leaders.”
